Tim Gleason
Tim joined Lynx Specialty in 2026 as Co-Founder and Senior Vice President of Transportation. He brings more than a decade of commercial insurance experience, beginning his career at Munich Re before moving into executive leadership roles within the transportation segment of Great American Insurance Group. He led cross-functional teams across product development, pricing, executive strategy, and new growth initiatives, with a consistent focus on profitable growth and strong partnerships. Tim earned dual degrees from the University of Colorado - Boulder, with majors in Finance and Economics. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three young children as well as exploring the outdoors.
Joe Licursi
Joe joined Lynx Specialty in 2026 as Co-Founder and Vice President of Transportation. He brings more than a decade of commercial insurance experience, beginning his career at National Interstate Insurance Company. Over the next decade he advanced through various underwriting and analyst roles before leading the National Accounts Business Development Team, where he developed hybrid risk financing strategies for some of the largest motor carriers in the U.S. Most recently, Joe served as Senior Business Developer at Great American Insurance Group, with a focus on transportation. Joe earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Corporate Finance from Ohio University and holds the Associate in Risk Management designation. Outside of work, he enjoys training his dog, Josie, and spending time with friends and family.
